20 Second Relief, Inc. is committed to providing a website and app that people can use with a range of devices and assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboards, browser zoom, captions, and voice control.
Our current technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification, and we review pages, forms, videos, and interactive features as the product changes.
Available movement-video captions follow the language selected in the app. We continue to review captions, translated content, movement instructions, and alternate formats. If a caption or instruction is inaccurate or inaccessible, contact us so we can provide the information another way and correct the source content.
Some features use third-party services, including payment, video, and translation technology. Their accessibility can vary. Please report a barrier even if it appears inside a third-party experience so we can investigate and help with an alternative path where possible.
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email us at support@20sr.com. To help us investigate, please include the page or feature you were using, what went wrong, your browser and device, and any assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information. You may also tell us the format in which you would prefer a response.
We review accessibility feedback as part of product maintenance. This statement describes our current goal and practices; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service is free of accessibility barriers.
