20 Second Relief, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with the 20 Second Relief website and web application (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account information: name, email address, password, and profile details.
Consumer health data: areas of discomfort, movement limitations, physical goals, pain levels, and progress check-ins collected through your Health Screening Form and ongoing use of the Platform. We treat this category of information with heightened protections, described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Community content: reviews, ratings, and comments you choose to post.
Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
Correspondence: emails, support requests, and related communications.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Usage information: sessions viewed, time spent, check-in responses, and engagement patterns.
Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device model.
Approximate location: derived from your IP address, used for pricing, language, and legal-compliance purposes. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Cookies and similar technologies: described in our Cookie Policy.
Advertising and pixel data: on our public marketing and advertising pages only, we use advertising pixels and similar tools (for example, Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking) to measure ad performance. These tools are never placed on, and never receive data from, any page displaying your health screening responses, intake information, check-ins, or other consumer health data.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from payment processors, analytics providers, and third-party sign-in services.

To generate and update your personalized movement program.
To manage your account and process payments.
To improve and develop the Platform.
To communicate with you about your account.
To measure the performance of our advertising, using only the advertising and pixel data described in Section 1.2, never consumer health data.
To ensure safety, security, and compliance with our Terms.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

3.1 Service Providers

Stripe (payments), hosting providers, analytics providers, and email providers, each acting under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

3.2 Legal Reasons

We may disclose information to comply with law, a court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 20 Second Relief, our users, or the public.

3.3 Community Content

Reviews and community content you post publicly are visible to other users and, where you opt in, the general public.

3.4 Advertising Technologies (Pixels and Similar Tools)

We work with advertising partners such as Meta and Google, who place pixels and similar tracking technologies on our public marketing and advertising pages to help us measure and improve ad performance. This may be considered “sharing” of personal information under California law. These tools are strictly limited to marketing and advertising pages and are never enabled on any page within the Platform that displays health screening, intake, check-in, or other consumer health data. You can opt out of this sharing at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Platform footer, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supporting browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out request.

4. Your Rights and Choices

4.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

Review and update your information by logging into your account, or contact support@20sr.com to request deletion.

4.2 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will still send account-related emails.

4.3 Cookies and Advertising

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels, described in Section 3.4, may be considered “sharing” under California law, and you can opt out of it at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Platform footer. Because we collect health-related information, which is “sensitive personal information” under California law, you also have the right to limit our use of that information to what is necessary to provide the Platform, and, as described above, we never use consumer health data for advertising in any event. To exercise these rights, contact support@20sr.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

6. International Users (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the following applies to our processing of your personal data:

Legal basis for processing: we process your account and usage information to perform our contract with you (providing the Platform), we process consumer health data based on your explicit, opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time, and we rely on your consent for any non-essential advertising cookies or pixels, consistent with our Cookie Policy.
International transfers: because our servers and service providers are located in the United States, your data will be transferred outside the UK/EEA. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism for these transfers.
Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact support@20sr.com.
Supervisory authority: you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform or as required by law, and we delete or anonymize it upon account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children

The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
